How It Works
Visit the online scheduler and choose whether you are a new or returning patient. When you schedule an appointment online, the system recognizes holes in our schedule and automatically recommends available time slots that work for you. You can filter by day, time, and type of appointment to make sure you get the appointment that fits your needs. Whether you need a problem-based exam or a regular cleaning, online scheduling has it all. Even new patients can book an online consultation for an initial evaluation with x-rays and treatment plan recommendations.
For added convenience, the online scheduler securely stores your appointment history and patient information — like name, birthday, and insurance — so you have less paperwork to fill out at the time of your appointment. This makes maintaining your oral health easier with a few clicks of a button.

Types of Appointments
New Patients
- Exam & Cleaning | 90 minutes: This new patient visit will typically consist of the three essentials: an exam, x-rays, and teeth cleaning.
- Exam, X-rays & Plan | 60 minutes: This appointment includes a comprehensive exam, X-rays, and treatment planning with the doctor. We will plan to schedule your cleaning based on our findings.
- Problem-Focused Exam | 60 minutes: This appointment includes a limited exam with x-rays to diagnose the cause of pain or discomfort. We cannot guarantee same-day treatment, but it is always our intent if needed & possible.
- Second Opinion | 30 minutes: This appointment will help you determine treatment recommendations based on our findings. Please bring or forward any x-rays you may already have.
- Consultation | 30 minutes: Complimentary consult to discuss your dental needs or concerns, such as implants, cosmetics, Invisalign, TMJ, and more.
Returning Patients
- Exam & Cleaning | 60 minutes: This visit will typically consist of your routine preventative care.
- Problem-Focused Exam | 60 minutes: This appointment includes a limited exam with x-rays to diagnose the cause of pain or discomfort. We cannot guarantee same-day treatment, but it is always our intent if needed & possible.
- Second Opinion | 30 minutes: This appointment will help you determine treatment recommendations based on our findings. Please bring or forward any x-rays you may already have.
- Consultation | 30 minutes: Complimentary consult to discuss your dental needs or concerns, such as implants, cosmetics, Invisalign, TMJ, and more.
