What’s Included in Our Financing Plan
With our financing plan, we wanted to focus on providing patients with a simple, cost-effective solution. We make it easy for patients to come in for their visit twice a year and not have to think about the financial burden. Here’s what’s included with our in-house dental financing plan:
- Two cleanings with exams and x-rays (when needed)
- One emergency exam with x-ray
- 20% discount on all services, including cosmetic work
Not only does this plan benefit our patients, but it also helps us provide better care. For example, some patients who pay cash don’t want x-rays taken due to the additional charge. By including x-rays in our financing plan, we can find and treat early signs of tooth decay before it gets big enough to see without an x-ray.
Additional Cleanings Not Included
Some patients may need extra cleanings, such as three or four per year. While two free cleanings are included in the plan, additional cleanings are not. However, any extra cleanings are available at a 20% discount.
Affordably Priced for Accessibility
Cedarwood’s in-house financing plan is priced at $300 per year, with the goal of making dental care more affordable and accessible to those without insurance. The cost quickly pays for itself with the amount of free services and discounts included. Patients who get the in-house dental plan can save anywhere from $100-$300 just on the included services alone, depending on their needs.
For example, the cost for a new patient that needs a patient exam along with a full mouth series of x-rays would be $250 alone. That’s not even including the cleaning. As the dental plan includes two free cleanings, the plan can help reduce the overall cost, so you get more for your money.
Our In-House Dental Financing Plan vs. Insurance
Dental insurance is great for costly restorative work and emergency care. But our in-house discount plan is a more affordable option for cosmetic procedures, even for someone with insurance. Cosmetic work isn’t usually covered by insurance, so supplementing with the dental plan can reduce the cost of cosmetic procedures by 20%.
