Joslyn grew up in Broadway, Va (small town north of Harrisonburg) with an older and younger sister. She spent time playing outside and riding her bike. Family time was a big part of growing up and doing things together. Her parents chose to send her to a Mennonite High school called Eastern Mennonite in Harrisonburg. The school instilled community, giving back and loving one another all things she appreciates from that experience.

After her mom went to school to become a Dental Hygienist she realized it was something she would enjoy too. She started off at Longwood University before getting into VCU dental hygiene where she ended up meeting Dr. Wolberg while working in the same clinic.

After hygiene school she moved back home. Her dad had pancreatic cancer and was battling his terminal disease. Looking back she was glad to have that time with her family before getting married and moving to Richmond/ Midlothian.

Fast forward to today where the house is filled with little feet and paws keeping their life in full motion. Three kids – boy, girl, girl and a Wheaton Terrior (Winnie) and the office to see so many wonderful patients in. She finds gratitude in this life and appreciation for today’s gifts.
