Carolina was born and raised in Colombia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business before moving to the United States to further her education. After completing a Dental Assisting course and becoming CPR certified, she discovered her passion for helping patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

As the first point of contact for patients, Carolina enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and ensuring their scheduling experience is smooth and stress-free. Her combination of organizational skills, dental knowledge, and friendly personality helps create a positive experience for every patient.

She has a growing professional interest in administrative processes. She values learning opportunities and believes that teamwork and communication are the key to a successful work environment. She sets an example of reliability and a positive attitude.

Outside of work, Carolina loves spending quality time with her family and her lovely poodle named, Teddy, who enjoys walks and play time. Also, she enjoys traveling and exploring places where she can relax, recharge, and create lasting memories, especially when visiting her beautiful home country of Colombia. She values the simple moments that bring her joy and balance to life.
